Hi Michelle,
This seems to be an easy fix. On the page where you are retriving the info. the design should be setup in such a way that it reads the values from the dbase and each one must have either a column name or an identifier.
All you need to do is go to the code of the display page(details.cfm) and just remove the textarea tag from all the places where you don't want it to get displayed. You can use a table and store the information in seperate rows so that you don't have to bother about spacing.
