Ted Silverstein		Just to offer an opinion on these boards, the key thing is to find out where they're getting their job listings from. If they're just pulling stuff out from databases that you can get for free from places like Monster, etc. then there's no real benefit to paying for a subscription. Which is kind of what that site looks like on first glance.
